Welcome to "Carter's Heavy Haulage Project"
Here you will find information about my restoration project of a 1981 Scammell Amazon (CR100) truck.
Spec:
Engine: Rolls Royce Eagle 305 - straight 6 12lts
Plated at 130 Tons
The Amazon was build at Scammell Watford in 1981 and is believed to be the second to last one of the CR100's to be built. Purchased new from Scammell by Bent Marshall of Stebbing and used to transport heavy plant. More info to follow.
